Most people like to splash around in the water. It’s great fun. Swimming is both fun and provides good exercise. If you are a little more serious about swimming as a form of exercise then you probably do many lengths of your swimming pool. If you’re anything like me it doesn’t take long before tiredness kicks in and you loose count of the number of ‘laps’ and how long you’ve been swimming.
